CYBERAY.AI provides AI-powered deepfake and media manipulation detection services. Our platform analyzes video and photo content to assess authenticity using machine learning algorithms.
Results are AI-generated estimates and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Our analysis is intended as a decision-support tool only and must not be used as sole legal evidence in any legal, judicial, or regulatory proceeding. CYBERAY.AI makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any analysis results.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) analyze content you do not have rights to submit; (b) harass, defame, or harm any individual; (c) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent our detection systems; or (e) use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
All technology, software, algorithms, and content comprising the CYBERAY.AI platform are the intellectual property of CYBERAY.AI and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CYBERAY.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
